Casa Tranquility: A Perfect Blend of Rustic Charm and Contemporary Elegance

On the southeast side of Mineral de Pozos is Casa Tranquility which has two levels and was recently completed in a contemporary rustic style. It has a terrace and is backed by a massive garden. There is a good-sized, free-standing art studio / workshop with a materials / tools room within the compound. This property has nice creative details, functionality and extra security throughout along with all of the expected services.

On the ground floor is a comfortable kitchen with dining table and a cozy living room with wood finishes. This room includes a gas fireplace along with a large custom-built bookcase with extra storage within. The hallway artisanal wooden floor was created by an accomplished local Artist.
